Regeneration Project in Paignton

This proposal sits in a prominent site in Roundham overlooking Paignton Esplanade , the concept consists of 15no. residential apartments presented in a modern form inspired by the original victorian dwelling with its associated annexe . The original intention was to retain the existing villa but unfortunately the property has significantly deteriorated in recent months due to vandals with the cost of repair being well over £600,000 rendering the previous design evolution unsustainable .
